RoseBank is a three bedroom, air conditined  semi-detached villa recently re-furbished.  The villa is situated in the Spanish holiday village of Bolnuevo and has an excellent swimming pool.

There are three double bedrooms in RoseBank, sleeping six people in total, with one double bed and four single beds.

There is ample room for parking outside the villa.  A washing machine is provided and we can clean your villa mid-stay if required.  Cleaning services are provided at an extra charge of £40 payable at the end of your stay (or mid-stay clean).

Bolnuevo beach is just 5 minutes walk and there are additional beaches at Puerto de Mazarron and Isla Plana.  The beaches are safe and clean with Blue Flag awards.  Restaurants are five to ten minutes walk.  A variety of Spanish, English, Chinese and Indian cuisines are available.

Golf  is available at Camposol (20 minutes drive) and Fuente Alamo (30 minutes drive).  Green Bowls, Tennis and an excellent Golf Course are available at Hacienda del Alamo within 30 minutes drive).  There are mountain walks nearby and historic walking tours available from the Puerto de Mazarron Tourist Offices at weekends.

We can arrange to pick you up at the airport and return you at the end of your stay;  the cost of this is €85 (each way) from Alicante airport (about 100 minutes' drive) and €70 (each way) from Murcia San Javiar airport (about 40 minutes' drive).
